Are you ready to take your education to a new level with a hands-on internship with a premier summer lacrosse club?
Major Series Lacrosse teams play an 18 game schedule beginning at the end of May through August (9 Home / 9 Away & playoffs). Some positions will begin with remote work in March on a limited basis. Interns work directly with the management staff.
Interviews will start in January and will continue until all positions are filled.
Home games are typically Wednesday evenings beginning the end of May. Home games are played at Iroquois Park Sports Centre, Whitby, Ontario. Some weekends, and other evening work is expected.
All Interns must receive college credit for this internship OR this internship must qualify for a graduation requirement. There are educational and work components to this position.
Each intern will be responsible for helping to prepare for the 2020 by participating in offsite community events, attending media needs, and training camp as needed.
In addition to your specific area of focus, all interns will have the opportunity to work with the staff to gain experience in the marketing and ticket sales department.
